1. How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

This varies depending on the equipment/method we use, weather, carpet type, soiling and ventilation. Normally within a day or earlier.

2. How long will it take to clean my carpet?

This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how dirty the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.

3. Won't water ruin my carpet?

Modern carpet technology is basically water resistant, and the limited amount of water used in our cleaning process is 95% removed by our high powered truck mounted cleaning systems

4. Will the cleaning products used harm my children or pets?

No, products used by AA Carpet Cleaning Ltd are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. We do not use harsh chemicals that can linger in the carpet for years after their application. Our products are safe.

5. Should I only clean the carpets and upholstery when they look dirty?

No. Experts say” once a carpet looks dirty, it’s really filthy. Filthy carpet can be a serious health risk, especially since New Zealanders spend a large amount of their time indoors. If you have allergies, asthma or any other breathing problems one major source of your problem could be pollens or dust mites in your carpet. By cleaning your carpet you also eliminate bacteria, chemicals and tobacco tar residue.

6. Do they use Environmentally friendly products?

We have a commitment to our customers and our community to use the most effective cleaning products that are naturally based and biodegradable.

7. Do I need to move all items of furniture before you arrive?

We will include furniture moving for the following items: sofas and lounge suites, tables and chairs, beds on wheels and light furniture that one technician could expect to move. Furniture that we don't move: bookcases, fish tanks, waterbeds, china cabinets, computers,TVs, and delicate or fragile items. We suggest that any loose items stored on the floor, i.e. shoes, pot plants, toys, bins, etc are removed.
